The Bridge to Forgiveness

by Michael Merritt on April 9, 2019April 14, 2025

Love your enemy as your friend.

Do not base how you treat them on their sin,
but the love in your heart you carry within.

When your friend realizes you are not one of them.
They will return your love and call you a friend.

Forgiveness is a bridge that must be crossed,
or everything in life will be lost.
