Upper/Lower Body Weight Training

9-mile walk (approximate) — (Within city limits)

Journal: I utilized a curl machine to see where I was in contrast to my 2019 high of curling two 45-lb plates while standing with an Olympic bar (45 lbs.). I am able to repeat the process on a machine, but I am going to delay approximately 60 days to rebuild stabilizing muscle mass before I attempt this again with free weights.

Anything can be completed with a commitment to these three paradigms.
